the Art of achieving your Goals

Would I be wrong to say that most of us Network Marketers MLM Marketers who earn a living online all experience a similar sense of overload when we check out our mail box or open our Face Book account?
This sheer flood of interesting information; Alerts; Messages, Offers and Applications, can leave us spinning.
What to go for?, What to respond to?, How to prioritize?, What to dump?, Which new exciting offer to get involved with?
Well there is a solution, has 4 letters and begins with P……
Got it?
YA, “PLAN”
We simply have to Plan. We simply use this plan as means to focus, then we get really serious and we focus on the focus!
SO what is the plan?
It will begin with you writing down your GOALS. Not difficult when you break your Goals down into different Areas.
Step 1. Your Business Goals ( for the Year, the Quarter, the Month, the Day)
Step2.Your Personal Goals ( for the Year, the Quarter, the Month, the Day)
Step3. Your Family Goals ( for the Year, the Quarter, the Month, the Day)
Step 4. Etc…
So now what?
These Goals need an ACTION PLAN to make them happen!
SO what is the Action Plan?

The Action Plan, is the list of activities which you line up to achieve the Goals which you have set. Resulting in Achieved Work and Effective Time Management, day by day.
You know exactly where you are going with your business and the information overload which comes pouring in day by day, hour by hour is no longer a distraction, but now you scan the content sifting out the pertinent information required to achieve the set Goal.
A Few Ideas:
How many hours a week will I be working?
How much do ya want to earn per month?
How big is my marketing budget?
How big should your team be?
How many prospects do you want to take to the next conference?
How big should your customer base be?
What residual income do you want to achieve in the long run?

These are a few questions which you, as a home based Marketer NEED to know, and have to have the answers to.
The only way to get those answers is to create a specific, Detailed & Focused plan.
Quote, “When you deal with your business like a hobby, you will be remunerated like a hobby, it will cost you money!”
You are in this game to make money; it’s a job and the better Focused you are the MORE money you will earn. Be the focused Professional that you ARE!
When we focus, and carry out the ACTION plan then not only do we achieve the goals but unexpectedly along the way we are confronted with synchronicity, the unexpected little things which begin to fit the greater puzzle, bringing us closer and closer to the BIG goal.
This is what I mean “FOCUS on the FOCUS!”
Should ya get off track, hey, just get back on again, things change, we just readjust the plan, the goals, but we are Focused, Aware, Awake, Alive and heading for a known Destination.
It is a great exciting intense game, these are some of the ground rules to train into your habits and those of your team.

THe DREAM JOB

Ok folks lets close our imaginary eye, put our feet up on a comfortable invisable pillow and dream the greatest, most wonderful perfect job we can, OK.

So I’m first,… there must be a large and steady cash flow which comes pouring in month by month with the potential for growth.$$$

Your turn now….. Ummmm OK!

Secondly I love my home, I feel comfortable in body and soul in the space I have created and would love my home to be the head office of my company . Advantages are just to numerous to mention….. and my youngest still goes to school which will enable me the max amount of time together.

Your turn again….. Ummmm OK!

Thirdly, I love traveling, cultures landscapes, food smells and the whole razzmatazz of being out in the world. So my business must facilitate the joy of travel and adventure together with my family.

Your turn …..Ummmmm OK! ( keep your eyes tight shut now, no cheating… dream the most amazing wishing way you can now.)

Things, toys… are fine and nice to own , the house the car the kitchen the TV…. but these are quickly accumulated and grown accostomed to, what is important however is our health!

Ya, this is a BIG one.

MY dream job must enable me to live a healthy life style in terms of nutrition, physical strength  and mental freedom.

Your turn again….

YUP, as we see, these pillars of perfection can be quite similar for us all and yet who are those chosen few living the DREAM and HOW did they get it right?

Well it’s NO great secret, NOPE it’s not and I want to share the road map, a plan, which when put into ACTION by who so ever, will set the stage , get the Wheels rolling, the Gears in place and Plan into action and make this happen in the shortest space of time possible.

Well the first step is the one we have just shared together, it’s the vision now go and create your vision board with all the exact bits and pieces you have visualized and have this dynamic vision picture on a visible wall in your home.

The next step is to find a platform, a product which you can represent as an expression of who it is you are. This will be your mission and it can be integrated into a part of your daily life. For me a nutritional product promoting my own and the health of my family is an ideal vehicle as I can promote this across the board knowing those who are interested and become involved are doing themselves a great service. Ethically a strong stand point to carry my deepest passion.

To share an idea, creating a team with colleagues who would become friends, all carrying a similar concept. Supporting one another in growing the business. A win win, a increment, a leverage. a synergy effect for all.

To enable this team process to happen at an accelerated dynamic rate, I have come across a training tool. This training has been created by a bunch of brilliant young men and women realizing their team dream and then sharing this with the world. The building blocks to create a dream JOB, life style, happy healthy, fulfilled and challenged each and every day has become a reality.

I have kept this blog quite general yet behind every idea and sentence is a concrete living operating dynamic reality which I want to share with you should you be wondering, thinking looking dreaming alone…

The abundance, the wealth will always be an expression of the richness which we live and express in thought, word and deed,  the bits and pieces, they follow organically, naturally and fast .

Patience

Let times hasty hand,

Chase the knell, ring the clinging bell.

We all so easily accept this plot

We let the time tables,

Squeeze us, breaking forth into a trot.

To make the tube in time or bus,

What a rush, what a fuss.

 

Sublime the sturdy tree, an oak maybe,

Holds forth the surging seasons tide,

Stands resolute, no fear

That autumn might not make its mark,

Strip the leaves, reveal the bark.

 

Caught in winters chill

the chlorophyll  leaf will not flutter free,

Steeped in patient wait, all, in still create.

 

This lesson takes me patient by the hand,

My racing hectic mind,

Takes the image of today,

Wraps it softly in a smile of yay,

I pocket.

Tomorrows coming, Patient yet another day.

The warm Market

The business of recommending is as old as man himself, nowadays a recommendation as a marketing form has come of age and poses to become a leading form of generating sales in the future.
“On line internet sales and sales through recommendation, are becoming the only future cost-effective ,,,,” Bill Gates.

This type of sales can be grouped under several different headings, MLM (Multi Level Marketing) , attraction marketing, Marketing by recommendation, network marketing.

The bottom line being always that we share some thing of value with someone else, so they might also profit from it.

This is personal, one on one and your reputation is on the line. Initially when starting off in the business you have found a great product which you have tried or are using with convincing results and you share your experience with your direct warm network of family and friends.

This warm network can be a great help when starting but soon the warm list has all been contacted and now what?

This is normally where the real work begins and the difficulties start.

This process of sharing in a limited community is what nowadays in MLM we call our warm market. We know our community, they know us and we spontaneously share good news about the procuct we personally use , profit from and enjoy.

The good news in this case might be a book, a film, a TV program or something we have read in the paper or a product which we have come into contact and use successfully.
For network marketers, this is our starting capital the list of known entities in our network of family and friends.
Be cautious though, a warm market needs be understood so not as to create any disharmony.

An anecdote;
“Avery close friend started taking the health products which I had recommended from my primary business, he also received from the company the same product for free for one of his children.
His daughter Fiona, 17 quite prone to colds and  a high illness related absentee rate at school started taking the product. Tom with all the best intentions for his daughter thought all was well.
Then came the crash!
By chance Fiona over heard a conversation where Tom mentioned that the free products were part of an international study and a form needed to be submitted 3 times a year concerning the state of health of the child. Fiona considered that she was being abused as a  guinea-pig and stopped taking the product, to the detriment of her own health and the detriment of the relationship with her dad.”

Important.

Multi Level Marketers, market not only their PRIMARY products but also their Business Opportunities related with the product. The products are diversified and normally of exceptional quality and effect,  not being available on the open market. The products are recommended, ordered and delivered and you the  recommender  receives a percentage of the sale or a commission.
When you as a network marketer start to create a team, you will only find new team members if you can position yourself as a leader sharing great value. Your teams growth is attributed to skills which you share with them.

Blog: the Journey to CHINA

Sitting here at Heathrow airport in transit to a long distance flight out to Shanghai, my MLM business buzzes through my head and my fingers ich to get some of this energy out of my head and down into words.

Being your own boss or self employed is an exciting challenge, one which has always fascinated and drawn me to this type of work.

Why, you might wonder? Well I suppose it is just so encompassing. Firstly, I alone am responsible for my success or my failure, bottom line, no arguments or excuses. No beating around the bush, either I earn money or I don’t, its that simple.

When coaching a new partner I silently wade through my library of experience, knowledge, wisdom, letting this mingle with the impression and image of my new downline partner. I bounce questions to myself about who this new individual is and then let go again.

How can I support or help my new partner get going in the most efficient, successful way I can possibly imagine.

This process is what I call my “SUCCESS in a BOX”, these are the building blocks or the pieces of the puzzle which will get you running flat out as your business feet hit the deck.

I have deliberately emphasized , possibly, yes only POSSIBLY, because before you even open that box, you still need to require the mind set of success which will enable it all to happen.

The keys to opening the treasure chest os SUCCESS are ;
to be, to do, then you will acquire or have.

The blunt wish, “I want to get rich!” implies a process where by YOU need to become rich in your own perception. This richness or value which you experience you may then share, enabling others to grow , move forward and also share in your success or through your richness and wealth.

To begin with is the simple yet important step of mentally attuning your mind to being wealthy, worthy, valuable and selfless all at the same time.

This is the basic and ongoing prerequisite to BEING successful in your life. Successful in your work, in your relationships, in your health, in your home.

Where ever we might have come from, walk of life, age, profession, gender, training our very nature is that of habit. An important strategy for survival which lies deeply anchored in our psyche since the early eons as man was still evolving.

If old habits have not worked, create yourself anew with habits which emulate those and that which you wish to become in the future.

New good habits pertaining to your health & body, new habits pertaining to the relationships in your family, with colleagues and friends .New habits concerning the success in your own HOME Business Venture.

So what does he mean, you might be thinking????..

.simple… find the leaders in the field where you are working, listen to them, read their work, take their ideas and IMPLEMENT them into your daily routine as new habits.

Create a schedule for your day and IMPLEMENT it.

Consciousness contains the inherent desire to transform, we just need to feed this awareness, this desire with the habits which will give us more than what we had before.

Bingo! ya bingo, this is the beginning, the path, the way, and the mind set, which when now opening the Success BOX and guarantee results.

Results as implied, are the natural consequence of actions taken.  Take massive action in creating new habits of strength, of awareness, of transformation.
The prize is waiting in the BOX, you just need to open the lid of SUCCESS filled awareness and the treasure is yours, a new successful vibrant YOU!!!!

Death

Death,a death, the day now done.
A pronouncement with which life begun.
From infinitesimal cellular start ,
Manifest smiles, a chuckle, a laugh.
Biography unfolds through the pages in time.
Each story, the author themselves, the sublime.
Fill moments with doing,want, wish dream & call.
Make us wonder,
The puzzle the picture, the all.

Do we find a calling, stem the deed, plant a tree, live the love that’s meant to be?
Grasp responsibility, feel free, in being who we ought to be?

Death, a death, a day now done.
We traverse life till the setting sun,
Ablaze in colour, warm passing leaves….

Naught, but dust blown breeze,
