Poetry: Where do I go?

Poetry: Where do I go?

Liam

I’ve talked to nights stars while twisting in bed

I’ve written life’s stories on my face till it bled

I’ve sprinkled the seeds God gave to the wind

I’ve searched the earth till no stone left unturned

To go, now I know,

No where left too but me

Into this body the shell, where I’ve emptied the sea

It echoes, my whistling my whispering cry

“Where would I go, if now I should die?”

Poetry: The Antenna

Poetry: The Antenna

by Liam

While out in the wilds of the world one day

I found God in what a man did say

“What is that mystery crumpled in your hand,

Help me friend to understand.”

The gaze was grace so high I knew

Till heavens window through we flew

In this place, called to life

A force of love to end my strife

Folding out those creases deep could stretch my heart

Across the cosmos and the sky

Encompass all that’s ever been

Including all that is unseen

This organ given by life so free

This antenna linked to the cosmic me

Began to tune into this vibe

Began to pulse became alive

With this too I now could see that God as well

Resides in me.

Poetry: The Astrolabe

Poetry: The Astrolabe

by Liam

This pen, this ink, this page

Tools with which my thoughts anticipate

Words, words of mine

When graced by God

Becomes a feather,

Life on a wing, flying

Air flow thrusting meaning up towards heaven

Loves lightness, brightness flying out,

A dance where infinity becomes a drying line

Captured in the sands of time

This parchment held in the hand of mine

Words

An astrolabe of loves celestial quest

Eternally visible

Physically measurable

Magically understandable

Love

Poetry: The Mirror

Poetry: The Mirror

by Liam

Love it’s branches spread

Wide since pre-eternity, laughed

As the intellect searching to understand, got stuck in a muck of words

It’s the lovers themselves who

Spin wordless amongst these leaves

Who shall share,

Know more, feel more of love

This is who they’ve become.

When love calls silently

it’s not words we hear

It’s the very universe which trembles

Heaven recognizing itself in the mirror of your own face

Smiles

Poetry: Resplendent

Poetry: Resplendent

by Liam

Prepare now for the feast

To shine where before the rags

The waste and tatters of yesterday clung

To your life

Throw them off

Dress for delight

In robes of joy

In garments of love

This fine apparel to meet a King a Queen

Indeed no other, Royalty than yourself

Resplendent in the shine of becoming true.

Love Poetry: The Meeting

Love Poetry: The Meeting

by Liam

When we meet, I need not be presumptuous.

It’s you that I want to discover though.

The nuances of what you say

Whispered, in slow motion

The firm fingers curling into mine seeking warmth

It’s in this moment, fleeting toward sunset

We spin threads of togetherness

Whispy fine silk sashes

Flash red from the horizon

To embrace your lips

To embody our relationship

Love, with us in flow

Love, we laugh we know

Love, we are divine

Love, with us will grow

We will be enhanced by that which is Love

Let go of harshness to discover compassion

Receiving reassurances which tingle in our ears

Of all we see, we hear, we feel, we touch,

Only love

Will stretch to eternity

Will resound to Infinity

Will unite this all, this much.

Will bind the bond of this moment

With our Touch.

Poetry: The Window

Poetry: The Window

by Liam

Words words words

All the day long

I’m immersed in this business

Though, what I truly want to hear

Though, what I deeply need to say

Waits

For this I must open that window

In my breast

Wide open, so you can fly in and remind me

So I can fly out and remind myself

Truth comes quietly

Love come simply

Humility comes deeply

Go now

Go, open your chest not your ears

Poetry: Elsewhere

Poetry: Elsewhere

by Liam

Elsewhere ,

That’s from where I came

Before we were,

It happened

Irreversibly the universe stampedes forward

Light, dust and stars

Flying out in all directions

Imploding

with insight truly invisible, real and spiritual it expands

Now buzzing with the insight of this

It’s my only intension to end up

There where it all happens

In the silence

Practiced daily

The moment before it began.

Poetry: Recognition

Poetry: Recognition

by Liam

Do you know who you are?

One day insanity

One day depresivity

Then you turn to me laughing at the sunset

For its that which is beyond you

Outside of us which calls out

Hey! Listen for but a moment

Be quiet for but a second

Receive the recognition that

We are both here and there

Inseparable

Thereby accept we are

What we have always been

One being

Being one
