That cup of yesterday has been drunk

Everything including the dregs gone

Digested,excreted and wrought

Take the goblet of now

Both hands cherishing it’s beauty

To my lips taste the sweet wine of life

Each nuance, each sense drunk with joy

Dancing with the glory of today.
