I’ve been like so many

Became like many too

Broken, weak and down

Angry, waisted and forlorn

Accused, shouted and lied

It’s with love alone I cried

Coming into me you

Reached out and took a hand

Pulling up, I found the true

I touched the ground

The power grew

To see the stars and shine

To plant a seed and press the wine

To close these eyes but feel divine.

Love is universal, cosmic and spiritual.

Desire is about wanting something physical.

Desire requires ongoing elusiveness.

It is less concerned with where it has already been than passionate about where it could still go to find you.

So often, as we settle into the comforts of love in long term relationships, this flame of desire dims, we loose the mystery through our availability.

We forget that passion is an energy which loves the unknown, the hidden, the imagination to fuel its erotic intensity.

It’s here we embrace this love of love

Throw a blanket, fine woven across the colors of the setting sky

To hold, catch and calm

Your wild flying eyes,

It’s you

It’s me

Enraptured in a movement of passion

A moment of eternity

An eternity of how

Too long now have we simply listened

As the wind swept storm

Rattled the shutters

Stuffed the gutters with leaf with loam

Listened, yet never heard her tears

Watched, yet never saw her fears

She was rattled indeed

Wrecked from the inside out

Storm troubled

Trembled cried cowered and died

Though she never showed it

Either to you, me or who else their was to see

She swallowed whole oceans of doubt

Day after day

Waves crashed, smashed, up inside her life

Against walls built by

Her mind

To protect, to hold

Till it broke!

Swept away she was

Nothing but tears

Shaking with fears

Wet cold and lonely

Her soul a ragged doll

Caught by twigs

On a branch, in a park, in the dark

Still morning came

Warm strong that shone

In through her sight

Her dam had gone

The surprise of self recognition

The picture of her sweet self

Made her laugh

She was as she ever was

Only now empty cleaned nourished

Alone in light

Quiet too

Now she knew

She had never left

She had only just begun.

Embrace each night with peace then say

I’m free of sadness and of grief

For a moment fall into deep sleep

Stand again on the shore of time

Dreams aflicker across a moving mind Reminded of tomorrow yet to come

The promise carried on the wing of dew

Embrace the new as if reborn

A day with all you need to be

To fill with life, with love , with all you have been born to see

When I always did what others demanded!

When I always went when others called me!

When I always listened to what other told me!

I was lost

I’d forgotten to listen

To my-self

I’d forgotten to see

With my inner eye

I’d forgotten to decide

With my own thoughts

So easy to get lost

Amongst this all!

So simple to though to re-discover

Strength, hope and happiness

I simply decided for stillness

I decided for quietness

I decided to listen deeply

Listen to my own voice

Hidden, still soft and unobtrusive

Still all mine, truely mine

Listen to me answer those questions

Listen to me reply to those calls

Listen to me thinking about ideas

Now it’s done

I’m again in contact

I’m speaking, whispering with my deep

My inner self for

It’s only from here

Reaching out into my life

Abundance, joy and love

Follows patiently in these foot steps.

It carries all that you see

It’s how in this very instant, now

You realize, recognize Your reflection is me

I’m the partner of soul

I’m the you, you see

Singing bird in an iris sky

Laugh with joy, tear fills thy eye

Sight shines warm to a clear new day

The love you missed this found a way

To find its seeker

To find in you

A lover that left

You feeling blue

It’s in my reflection

The mirror in hand

You gazed in deep

It’s here you found

Not what you lost

But what you were looking for.

Are my words waisted on your tired mind?

Or is this intent the spark

That flicks a switch to activate

Stimulate your mind

The thirsty, the seekers will drink

Be it sweet or salty flavors to the taste of their insight

The wisdom from which we all eat

This table, the place where we meet before the journey

Then nourishment taken

It’s alone we will go, steps to the edge of the personality

Beyond, beyond is where we wish though

It’s in that place

This palace of the wind

We will reunite again

Not as friends or lovers

As inspiration

As insight

As intuition

Moving to fruition with the spirit.
