These words are smoke,
which rise from the soul
The heat, the energy,
lies unseen in the thing
We take it, we turn it, we burn it
Now we feel it, the energy.
Yet we were mesmerized,
at first by its form
Be not blinded by the smoke or body
These are also, only like words, smoke
Feel your own flame
Find Love.

When your feather is poised
Firm, ready to write
Let the hourglass not delay this flight
Wait not even for heaven, to reach down and inspire
Wait simply for your heart to reach up
And touch this feather of desire.
For when inspired by love
A feather will fly like the airborne dove
Fly to the heart of those misunderstood
Let your words be a quickening to life
Let your writing be a gift from this feather
Which grew for its purpose on the wing
Now let my feather sing

It trickles, it tinkles and splashes too
This fountain, like laughter the me, you and who
We’ve become since we dived, soul deep to discover
Fear we had felt, still kept faith to uncover.
To stepped off a ledge of emotion and fly,
On wings which were
hidden without need to die.
Release the fountain transform this me
Experience the field
Move life with energy.
To be in flow, to be benign
It here we heal, it’s here we find
All inclusive within the mind
The universe we set out to find.

I’ve been like so many
Became like many too
Broken, weak and down
Angry, waisted and forlorn
Accused, shouted and lied
It’s with love alone I cried
Coming into me you
Reached out and took a hand
Pulling up, I found the true
I touched the ground
The power grew
To see the stars and shine
To plant a seed and press the wine
To close these eyes but feel divine.
Desire and Love decide:

Love is universal, cosmic and spiritual.
Desire is about wanting something physical.
Desire requires ongoing elusiveness.
It is less concerned with where it has already been than passionate about where it could still go to find you.
So often, as we settle into the comforts of love in long term relationships, this flame of desire dims, we loose the mystery through our availability.
We forget that passion is an energy which loves the unknown, the hidden, the imagination to fuel its erotic intensity.

Your wild flying eyes,
It’s you

Enraptured in a movement of passion
A moment of eternity
