This heart of mine has been so heavy,

This sweet place of peace has lost the divine

Not by the poison of the bee, or the sting of the wasp

The absence of my awareness is it’s corruption

Whispering woe to my ears

My weighted sigh it’s negligence

Let me now run, abandon the protocol

Be petals blown into the flame of love

Where jasmine caresses the dark husk

Returns beauty to the face of joy

Brings laughter again to the smile of you

You, alive in the wasp, the bee, the husk, the jasmine and me.

We too, need to think about the light

For we all come from that cosmic night

As the dust from heaven’s sparkle

Fills with joy our life’s abode

Like those stars above I wonder

We too need to burn, to grow

Return to ash the pain we suffered

Spread instead now far this sight

Seen living in how we burn together

Lift the dark and ignite the light.

While out walking in the wild

Love met me talking to my woe

Answered strong deep and cheery

In a language I didn’t know

Yet through my veins those words did ponder

Racing madly around my heart

Till who I thought I was, did wonder

At the beauty this thing did start

Worries, we all, thereof have many

Cede them to a grateful God

For in this gift you give up plenty

Alone, all known gone where ever, how ever

This moment is quiet, unexpected and rich

I enquire why?

cry; “ Yes why?”

For to be alone with You is my fire

Peace in your house, your home, my desire

Here I burn away the rough edges

Here my soul speaks without vocalization

Here alone with myself we explain the truth

Impossible for the mind to comprehend

How exquisite the moment is to contemplate

How such opposite qualities

Confirm neither me nor you

Yet rejoice in the recognition of us all.

What a day, what a journey

Chasing after my heart,

It’s self in pursuit of my soul

Finding, hiding, lost

In, in a place that doesn’t exist

Only to get worse, I then couldn’t find myself

In that space of echoes and mirrors and smoke

A crack appears all around

Through which a beam of beauty

Brought me home to rejoice

Brought my being back to joy

Brought you into my intoxication’

For meaning, for who?

Why ask.

In all there has been,

Everything, yes everyone was truly meaningful

Alone the recognition

I’m always a part

Be it good, be it gain

Be it noise, be it pain

All is in plain sight

Allowing me the recognition

We live

We laugh

We cry

We depart

We fly back to tomorrow from whence we new start.

A King today he called aloft

From high in heaven above

The queen we called Elizabeth

she had reigned now long enough

Her husband’s gentle whisper

Philips hand did lead the way

The family all around her now

In tears she heard them say

‘Mother of a nation’

‘British, we call aloud’

‘The steadfast rock of England’

‘70 years she did us proud’

Our Queen a shining Lilly

Now risen to the clouds

To glory, praise and honour

Our flag is now her shroud

Our Nation came to mourn her

The world too shed a tear

For a Monarch she reigned as sovereign

The Commonwealth loved her dear

Now rest our Queen of pageant

Sleep long our Queen of hearts

For God is too your savior

Long may your glory last.

Imagine, for a moment where was it that you began

Think, for a second where it is I will end

Tomorrow,lies hidden in the future

Yesterday, a shadow of the past

The dilemma of this insecurity is apparent cannot last

Endless in it’s cycle’s of repetition

Love creates

Love reiterates
