Are you more of a night or morning person?

Circadian rhythms influence our lives by regulating sleep-wake patterns, alertness, and performance levels. They impact hormone production, including melatonin release for sleep. These rhythms also influence body temperature variations, metabolism, and overall well-being. Maintaining a consistent sleep schedule and practicing good sleep hygiene helps support healthy circadian rhythms. Personally, getting up early is my favorite which implies going to bed not too late.   1. Yep,Yeppers. I have not seen the new year ball or as with Prairue du Chien one of my favorite Wisconsin towns on the Mississippi River they drop a rubber carp at midnight.Georgia drops a peach. By then I have been playing cards with dead poved ones fir three hours.

    I believe it was Beniamin Franklin who said ‘Early to rise makes you happy and wise.’
