Poetry: Time

Time is marked by the ticking clock,

Or the pencil’s lyrics as they unlock,

Moments of realization where we belong,

Like a key to open perceptions strong.

Forward we charge, racing against time,

Chasing the moon and sun’s ascent and decline,

Time’s embrace, within which we are contained,

A beginning and an end, forever ingrained.

So where does it start, this journey we’re in,

Is it here or there, up high or within?

Or perhaps it’s the silence, in quietude still,

Where we are the truth, in Gods plan fulfilled.

This is LOVE

Poetry: This is Love

As the Masters spoke, so truthful,

I shall love thee, oh, so strong,

Yet skeptic words arise, provoking,

Let me prove that they are wrong.

For pure of heart, my love shall deepen,

Time’s hasty hand may tease and taunt,

For even if worlds come asunder,

Our love stands firm, it shall not flaunt.

Our love shall rise, become a kingdom,

An oceanic surge, upon life’s shores break,

It’s in quiet moments of reflection

That tears may pour, love won’t forsake.

The apple of my eye, my lovely,

Life’s moments pass, yes, love will stay,

The key with you I found, my darling,

In this moment, holds time at bay.

Together, we’ll conquer all that’s drowning,

Our guide is love, oh, come what may.

For in your arms, I truly know this,

So let us share forever, one more day.

Poetry: Patience

You say, “Patience is a virtue,

not always easy to obey.”

The desire of instant gratification,

Can lead to hasty action, take me astray

True growth comes from deep within

In quiet, the undisturbed development, akin

To a tree that doesn’t push, but draws its sap

To stand confident in the storms of spring,

For it knows that summers course is true

To those with patience, like eternity is due

It’s not about accelerating the process

But embracing the continuity, a growing progress

Like living in a locked room or

Dancing upon a barren stage

Love the unanswered questions, without anguish

Live with serendipity, and one day you’ll find

That the answers have been here all along, within my mind

Each new day patiently brings its clarity

With a joyful sense of rarity.

It’s when my body’s weak not strong

My breath it’s flow is soft and slowly

Eyes they burn

Onto my aching side I turn

Here thinking is my feeling

Feeling thoughts which intertwine

It’s deep to reach my inner speech

Walk around inside my mind

Those soft persuasive voices

The conversation between Me and me

The things I do

The decisions made

The here the now

The story played

The wonder of a wish come true

The simple fact of me and you

Not time, but rhythm a calling

Words thoughts, we dance we sing

Into the music of this space

All quiet, absolutely true this ring

Gratefully gliding moving

We spin timeless to the floor

Serendipity’s grin

Eternity’s win

Creativity’s cry

Magical eye

Grateful with this art

Mindful mind, I see not me

Nothing, really firm at all

Happily lost in infinity .

Forever I’ve looked for Love

Each piece in a part of me

Found like a puzzle we call life

Leads back to the picture I see

It’s, Hidden for all to find

It’s, Written for all to read

It’s, Spoken for all to hear

What need I forsake,

to take this home with me?

My eyes

My thoughts

My hearing

Let me cast them all away

Across the cliff of understanding

For to speak, let love first play

Let me hurl my inhibitions

Into a pit of passion pure

Embrace my hearts perceptions

Burn the rest, this is my cure

As the dew caresses a blossom

At peace in the moments I know

Take my hand, oh sweet life

Is the love within which we flow.

Sonnet: Thoughts

Oh, fleeting thoughts that come and go like waves,

Within my mind, you ebb and flow each day,

And in the silence of the new moon’s gaze,

Your birth, your source, I seek to find and weigh.

For as the moon awaits the morning’s light,

So too do I await your full reveal,

And with each insight gained, you shine so bright,

And guide me on this path of life surreal.

Yet, as the moon must yield to the night’s veil,

So too must you retreat and start to wane,

But in your fading glow, you do unveil,

A deeper truth that ever shall remain.

For in the origin of thought, we see,

Our connection with heaven, eternally.

The Dialogue

Poetry: The Dialog

The Teacher spoke,“You friend, are infinitely more than you think.”

Yet, said I,”This dust filled day leaves me parched.”

„Drink, but not with your sight, refresh your thoughts in a quiet conversation with God.” He answered.

So closing my eyes, my mind was quickened by that fountainhead.

“The dust of today, brings on the dew of a new day dawning.” It echoed.

Thinking about it, I smile realizing how simple it is to go from despair, to joy, to challenge.

This new thought, creating a new emotion, allowing a new action.
