Circadian rhythms influence our lives by regulating sleep-wake patterns, alertness, and performance levels. They impact hormone production, including melatonin release for sleep. These rhythms also influence body temperature variations, metabolism, and overall well-being. Maintaining a consistent sleep schedule and practicing good sleep hygiene helps support healthy circadian rhythms. Personally, getting up early is my favorite which implies going to bed not too late.
