Day in and day out, Instagram overloads me with muscle rippling bodies, and supposedly simple ways to achieve them.
But now almost 70 years old it’s not what I’m after. my time of day is in the morning with the sun about to come up. I’ve got my sport shoes on, my EarPods plugged and an audiobook tuned in at the right level.
