What brings you peace?

Poetry: Peace

In the realm of calm, peace is not only rest.

Or a mere absence of turmoil, tranquil and still.

It’s a triumph of the mind, a quest and your will,

A transformation of energy, an individual quest.

To be attained, by focus, intention , and skill,

With practice and patience, the soul does respond,

To a masterpiece of the mind, a tranquil bond,

This quiet space, the heart does instill.

Be at one with the ocean’s vast expanse,

A cosmic dance, the serenity of play,

Peace is created within, not alone in a day,

Itself is a part of you, in each every glance.

So, let’s embrace this peace, let it just be,

For with its presence, you are all free.

Sonnet: Nectar of Now

Amidst the chaos of life’s rapid pace,

Our friends stand with us in unwavering grace.

It’s when our thoughts cloud the path ahead,

The light is blocked, and we fill with dread.

Yet in these moments, we needn’t despair,

For there’s a truth that’s often forgotten to share.

It’s found in the present, in the moment of now,

Where the sour nectar of fear is quenched by how.

We look past these worries and this doubt,

Immersed in the present, express how devout.

For it’s in the beauty of this very place,

We find solace, and love and a sense of grace.

So let us cherish these moments with quiet and care,

They’re the ones that make life true and fair.

The smile that’s full of diamonds,
Your hair like gold and rye!

We find a friend
We feel complete
We touch the sky
We shed a cry
We hear the beat

I touched your lips, the softness
Sweet music in the air.
I felt your skin, the warming
A face, your beauty fair.

So each moment is unique
The clock ticks on
The high clouds sweep.

We find a friend

It echoes… reverberates
Our universe… pulsates
My heart… generates

The power of joy
The elation, the fun
The laughter and smiling
The feeling of ONE.

Sonnet: Let’s Dance

Amidst the chaos of my busy mind,

I oft forget my purpose and my joy,

My heart weighs heavy, hard to unwind,

To dance life’s sacred steps,

I my soul deploy.

Created to love, to smile, to uplift, this life

To join in the dance with others all around,

But entangled in life’s burdensome strife,

My entangled feet, are held firm to the ground.

Oh Blessed peace, untangle, set me free,

My soul, aligned my heart renewed and pure,

That I may fly and spread contagious glee,

With every loving step, a smile to procure.

So let us spin, oh Beloved, let’s sway,

And share the joy that’s meant for us each day.

In evening twilight, the sun bids farewell,

Every soul must depart, each of us must fly ,

Into the starlight, our truth doesn’t lie.

Let the sickle moon soar, and cast its spell.

Written into the cosmos, etched by that hand,

We’re but fools, blinded by conflicting alarm.

Warring with kin, estranged from our charm.

Fate’s gentle dance, is a destiny planned.

Brothers sisters, let’s link arms, no longer divided we stand,

In the mystery of life, let peace us command.

For it’s in unity’s embrace, our spirits align,

And in love’s embrace, true sisterhood shines.

Your eyes, behold a depth that mirrors the deep,

Reflection of the stars in their celestial gleam.

Why seek the wet when you are the stream?

In your heart, the source of love runs steep.

Gods essence flows, a pure and gentle dream,

A fountain where thoughts and hopes aspire.

In this embrace, my soul finds its-self on fire,

Forever burning in your enchanting scheme.

No need to search, for you are all we need,

In every drop, your essence I perceive.

An oceanic current pulling me, indeed,

To depths above, where doubts are always relieved.

Immersed, within love’s sweet reign,

We swim the stream, find its domain.

We own the ocean too although,

The dew wets us just the same.

Life, a pen in hand,
Writes me across today’s pages,
Offering the chance to question
Not just the author, but the plot itself.
In moments of insight and inspiration,
Where my context clashes with my essence,
Should I laugh or weep?
Should I live or sleep?
Harsh are the winds that push me,
Yet, could I ride the gusts,
Which challenge me, remain
In tranquil peace,
A space to pen the narrative
That shapes my path.

I ascended to the rooftop to behold the moon,

For my soul yearns for wisdom.

Who could be so fortunate?

For I journey to the stream for a sip,

Only to find its waters sparkling with light.

Who could be so fortunate?

Patience, akin to a gentle cloud,

Now saturates my mind with its sagacity.

Who could be so fortunate?

To attentively heed the silence,

Which has abundant tales to tell.

In shadows deep, where love’s allure is to shun,

A soul on roads of sorrow finds its way.

Here solace sought, in love’s sweet light, to sway,

Through realms where pain, in constant steps is run.

The hearts, a stoic traveler on this path,

Rejects the luring call of peace to passion’s grace.

A somber journey through a desolate space,

In solitude, it bears with heavy wrath.

Yet, midst the shadows, glimmers hope’s sharp light,

For even in the pain, a lessons learned.

A soul unbound, its fate and future earned.

The walk alone, a choice through silent night,

So, on this road where love’s allure may wane,

A heart finds strength, enduring still the pain.

Choose to dance in wild places
Tear away the splith and camouflage
Bleed and smear its moisture about your pain
Spin in spirals of sincerity, draw in truth
Laughing insanely at this intense vivid moment
It’s not the medium it’s, it’s deep
experience
Discovered dancing on the lip of madness
You’re in Gods calm hands,
Gentle, bold and true
Fake fails !
While my spirit calls
For recognition
For integration
For acceptance
Floating, dancing, spinning
We find free.
