What we do know…

That we may grow

more deeply

That we may feel

more intensely

That we may be

more authentic

Search for the source of this strength

For here is the very substance of this Life.

Although we never forget about the profit

Let’s remember, who cares little about the numbers

Who, instead, seeks the accountability to me

The profit here, is not a coin but contentment

Gratification, the soul creates as true wealth in me.

Let’s fill my life’s wallet with loving

This is treasure , stashed wherever, life taught me to be

Wealth given open handed once knowing, all we need is to care, is to see

This idea is written in our nature, the ethics we know that are true

Now look through the eyes of those crying, lost and dying, searching to be free.

Morning Mist

Poetry: Morning Mist

She quietly throws her veil

Early morning to catch the dew

Day breaking colors creeping skyward too

Mists, the garb of nature hail

A returning of life’s rich bouquet

Spread wide, they lie new upon the day

Curling wisps caught by the chimney’s pot

Adress my thoughts of your regress

Of how you left the table in distress

Swirls of braid in red eyes damp and hot

A question remains , “Oh don’t ask!”

Take the new lite dawn to heart

What’s been, has nights rejuvenating start

Answers, in a veil of silent mist

Darkness hid the flowers and the fruit

Yet it’s truth which returns with youth .

How eloquently this peace

This silent moment of reflect, reverberates

Within its own music of understanding

Books words and letters lie along the trail

The story book of my life

Each a stone upon which I once stood

Whilst on my journey home

Heart in hand

Eyes fixed to the horizon of the universe

The race tracked in minutes over years has ever been slowing

Whilst the expanse has enveloped

Me

Inarticulation

Eloquently holds sway

An ocean

A drop

A spark

The flame

In this space it’s

Now

It’s all the same Inarticulation.

The Tree

Poetry: The Tree

Just outside my window there stands a golden tree

Every leaf in autumn is a letter left to me

I read them in the morning on my way to school

While scattered wide around its trunk, the others wait till noon

One had many colors from green to crispy brown

I keep in a big old book hidden in the lounge

Each leafs a little story I’ll share one if you like.

“ be patient, kind and curious” I’m reminded of this day

“Grow to be the truth in you” another leaf did say

“Light is where we come from, light is where we go”

“ Love is all creation so always let it grow”

These words they are a whispered by a whisperer deep in thee

Written down by God alone on leaves falling from the trees

Now while you walk amongst them, feet firmly on the ground

Keep your eyes on Gods good love

And you too will be found.

Affirmations

I am becoming more of my true self each day as I become conscious of the truth of myself.

I accept greatness into my life as acceptance allows me to be great.

I am patient, kind and curious as patience enables curiosity which allows kindness.

I’m open to achieve all of the opportunities which come into my life as I create these each and every day.

I live accordance with my highest values because this congruence of values expresses who I truly am.

I grant myself the care I need as self-appreciation and love is the foundation of my happiness.

I attract success and abundance as love is boundless and attracts successfully that what it is.

I create reality by the way I think, as new thoughts about old trauma enable the freedom of new feelings in my present.

Oh I love and I am loved in return, this what is given, will always surely return.

Both you and I are traveling

Let’s Leave our insignificance

As quickly sets this life’s light

Quietly comes the endless night

Today, is such a moment of magnificence

Let’s move into the energy of Love

Fear, pain and desperation

Will fail, in our concentration

As Love creates a flying dove

This beauty is one that lasts

For within it are the stars

Reflecting the fragrance

of carnations

Let’s go where no shadows cast

Love follows light for its substance

Is a manifestation of

this truth

Is a revelation of trust

It’s the universe of inter dimensional individuality

Let’s both now look inside

Listening to that, which the other has to say

Here we find reality, not the other way.

With these eyes we greet, we gaze

The flush of morning color high

The rush of early birds which fly

The dew of cobweb in the haze

The new day, gifts for all to take

A nimble squeak, the rustling shuffle

A hedgehog hides with its prickly scuffle

I grasp too, with words create

This is life we here uncover

Within this breath I now have taken

Evolve the thoughts how we awaken

Fill with Love each day new to discover.

So a life flies from birth to gone

So much wrong, so much strife

How very many get lost in life ?

Grasp, the way where you’ve come from.

“Feel the self glide free within

From the frozen let the melting begin.”

#Poem: Equanimity

While walking the rim of a moon swept sea.

Arm in arm with a thought called me.

We chatted we talked we pondered on high.

About the meaning of being, of seeing, of I.

The roar of surf the sweep of tide.

In the blood red pulse a seagull cried.

In this screech, shone the moon filled sea.

The moment deep, the you in me.

The I who we were before the call.

United now in a flash of sight.

My paradigm absorbed in new found light.

Inspired insight happens within you too.

A way to see, a way to feel, a way to join equanimity.
