Footprint

Poetry: The Footprint

Its in the setting of my foot print

That my words begin to walk

A journey across wide spaces

Deep inside my thoughts

The story of those places

Of stars of mountains too

Of hummingbirds and crystal balls

of you and me and who

This world of ever never

It’s here for all to share

It’s here we touch we laugh we cry

We open up the inner eye

To Fly to fly to fly

According to a magic where bonds release the grip

Where things unfold a story told,

A whispered word, a place of gold.

Not only in this hour twixt midnight and the dawn

Outside a storm inside it’s warm

A twinkling star

A princess far

A half filled waiting cookie jar

I’m talking with an angel

who whispers in my ear

„Of seas and ships and sealing wax,

Of cabbages and Kings.“

Friends now gather round me

Your time is near at hand

Your journey starts our ways might part

yet never feel alone at heart

It’s in the setting of that footprint

Your words will learn to walk

Take you on a journey far

Beyond the storm

The twinkling star

The secret space where

We just are

All one

Cold

Poem: Cold

Grey on grey the cold,

On the wave the white whipped

Froth blown crowns hold

Discontent, fly crying gulls

Flutter then huddle in rows

Beaks yellow, eyes beady roll

Cold holds this day in tight too

Fingers curled cold blue, sky

Feathers, each wanting flight

Need desperate to lift the dreary night

Towards the light of how and why we want warmth

Not of body, but soul

Full rich and song to penetrate

To emancipate the story of this life’s wrong.

Your very nature is a consequence of these two worlds

Be an ark, riding upon the flow of time

Carrying the invisible, while moulding these smoldering days of infinitesimal loneliness

Creating each new aspect as a companion

Who’s presence not only confounds, but contributes

Which also refines, then defines the situation of why

Of where my feet stand firmly on the wheel

Eyes spinning at the speedy departure from this script

Heart glowing in the perception of this insight.

Autumn forest, the cold wind free

Trees throw gold and leaf to me

The trunks stretched tall

Trying touch the sky

I walking mind my step, my eye

Spies the sparrow quick Flying home to nest

The bushy

squirrels tail

Leaps from branch to quest

The acorn, chestnut scattered wide

Scattered free

To gather quick and then to hide

For winters bleak frost storm soon breaks

The joy which autumn here creates

Now in this all I’m free to treat,

My whistling tune

To the shuffle of feet

Your presence spikes me

Impaled, your words pin me

Screaming to a spider bite

This noxious poison

Corrupts our spelling too

A blackened web spreads

Pain

Its antidote within my mind,

Shrivels while I gasp

Sweet death we do play

Coagulation takes the blood

While breathing I slowly choke

Not lack of air, absence of love

Frozen in the morning light

Takes my sight to distant barren landscapes

Alone, bones bleached

I stand await

Darkness take me beyond that heavy door of day

Let night come, open the gate

You’re still dancing and laughing although

The music is unheard

Sung in your mind

Ringing joyfully in your eyes

You recognize

We are never ever separated

From Divinities integrative invisibility

We dance passionately non the less
