All of what’s seen, let love’s light brightly shine,

Infinite and vast, a love pure, divine.

It encompasses all, a call tender, warm,

Uniting hearts, we will transform.

All your efforts, like a quest to the skies,

To reach God above, where divinity lies.

But in truth, you’ll find, as the story tells,

These attempts are mirrors, reflecting yourselves.

For God resides within, in each heart’s sacred place,

A mirror to love, a reflection of grace.

So embrace this journey, both near and afar,

And discover the divinity, in who you are.

In each moment felt, eternity’s an art,

A masterpiece of devotion, right from our start.

In the mosque, temple, church, across this land.

Kneeling in reverence, humbly we pray,

Sons and daughters of the spirit, in every way.

Let not your belief divide, but let love be the way,

For in unity and faith, we find the light of Gods day.

In the tapestry of life, as threads we do weave,

The same love that binds us, is the love we receive.

From mosque’s serene halls, to a temple’s sacred grace,

In the church’s hallowed echoe, each finds their place.

We are one in spirit, in hearts, we believe,

For this divinity we share, will forever relieve.

So let compassion guide, let kindness be our creed,

In the macrocosm of faith, let’s plant a sacred seed.

Hand on heart, we’ll journey, under heaven’s vast relief,

In community finding peace, an expression of our belief.

The Tree

Poetry: The Tree

Just outside my window, there stands a golden tree.

Every leaf in autumn is a letter left for me.

Some have many colors, from green to crispy brown.

I keep these in a big old book hidden in the lounge.

On each leaf’s a story. I’ll share one if you like.

“Be patient, kind, and curious,” I’m reminded of this day.

“Grow to be the truth in you,” another leaf did say.

“Light is where we come from; light is where we go.”

“Love is all creation, so always let it grow.”

These words, they are whispered by a whisperer deep in thee,

Written down by God’s own hand, on leaves below the tree.

Now while you walk amongst them, feet firmly on the ground,

Keep your eyes on God’s good love,

And you too will be found.
