Poetry: Love’s Ballet

Take the cue, embrace love, start anew,

Auburn locks aflutter in this tender ballet.

Dance, let your feet tell a tale, of a love imbued,

With twirls and swirls allow your heart lead the way.

Free up your mind, the observer’s applause will ring,

For within you, love’s magic takes a chance.

Here, in this beautiful chaos, our spirits cling,

These wild minutes of freedom, love’s sweet romance.

Threads entwined, as we draw ever closer,

To a time without a beginning or an end,

We will dance a ballet to our own composer,

Following the magic, forever till we ascend.

Within the shroud of night, thy dreams do seek,

In distant realms, my shining light afar.

This gleam of star, for thee, and those whom speak,

Draw near, for this warm radiance is the avatar.

Approach, and touch, and recognize the flame,

Within your reach, its glow, a shared delight.

What’s in your sight, ’tis I, who am the same as you,

Eternal bond our souls in perfect light.

This semblance that you see, thy soul’s own twin,

In me, reflected, you shall ever bind.

As timeless as these universe’s spin,

It’s truth in unity we find.

Alone, alone, my heart and I reside,

In solitude, is our spirits gently sway.

The tear that wept, cut from my emotions tide,

Reflects the pain that loss has swept away.

Like blood not red, but anguish follows fear,

Flows through my veins, a river of enquire.

This essence of your touch, so crystal clear,

Now all lost, consumes with restless fire.

It was love that spilt wet from my eye,

An ocean of emotion unconfined.

Ripples of life, only remnants now pervade,

A fragmentary moment left, to enshrine.

In this emptiness, my heart seeks for release,

Full solace, yearn we now to embrace Gods peace.

As we grow deeper in understanding our own personal universe, Universal principles begin to guide our human behavior everyday.

These might include:

We have forever had a teacher,

It’s not you I’ve taught, though.

It’s not even those children

Whose sight is on a future we cannot yet comprehend.

These teachings come to our understanding from you,

The lessons learnt come from your heart.
