Words, words—the vessels we find,

Set them a-sail upon the ocean’s mind.

Fast, they move in search, then ponder,

Thus grows the cargo of my daily wonder.

I row with questions, pulling hard the oar,

Each an idea, which came before.

Whence we come, where will we go,

Who truly knows what life is for?

Awaken, wonders of the world, all seven,

Enabled, I cast my line to heaven.

Where this song’s appeal holds fast,

Joins together with the other world at last.

In amazement of all which lies between,

Heaven’s gate can wait till I’m serene.

Reflections of me, rainbows we are seeing,

In the spray of love thrown from the waves of being.

In our living, called existence, where moments unfold,

Lies a treasure, more precious than gold.

It’s found in my smile, warm and sincere,

Love is expressing, what makes life dear.

Within this simple gesture, a miracle true,

Tumultuous joy, makes life like new.

This power, the light, creates the strength to ignite,

From darkness , Gods given day shines bright.

We carry burdens, also the worries we hold,

Smile it’s simple , they will all gently unfold.

A moment of connectivity, a bridge to the heart,

A smile reminds us of the love we part.

With each smile given, a ripple does ensue,

A wave of kindness, spreads love anew.

From soul to soul, its impact resounds,

Infusing each breath with harmonious sound.

Oh, the beauty of a smile, so pure and serene,

A testament to life, where love is seen.

It awakens our spirits, igniting the flame,

That burns deep within, our passions to claim.

So let us remember, as each passing day leaves,

Be a sunbeam scatter joy like light through the trees

For in this humble act, a miracle does transpire,

Making life worth living, setting our souls on fire.

It was only a smile, freely given to all,

But its radiance transformed, answering the call.

To uplift, to inspire, to brighten the strife,

Embracing the essence, the gift we call life.

Sonnet: I am the I am

In these lockets, find I not my essence,

Nor does my skin reveal its true ident.

For deep in me resides a Soul immense,

Creating who I am with temperament.

These lips, these eyes express not my metaphor.

Yet hidden in the depths, the Spirit dwells.

Unseen, yet powerful, it will endure,

This guiding force within me shall swell.

These hands, these feet, they are not my name,

They serve me but are not my being.

A vessel incomplete, yet not in vain,

My Body hosts the Soul, forever seeing.

My looks, my style do not define my worth,

For I’m a Universal child by birth.

Not constrained by you or others’ say, I

It is a magnificent paradigm shift from self-centered materialism to a soul awareness, igniting a collective awakening to the sacred interconnectedness of all life on our cherished Earth.

Throughout history, the realm of the invisible has been confined to religion, each faith offering diverse depictions of the same spiritual reality .

With my poetic opus, “New Millennium Poetry,” I strive to bridge the gaps that divide us — the barriers of culture, race, and creed. Through my verses, I embark on a quest to explore the shared questions that unite and drive us fellow human beings in our search for meaning and understanding.

You believe I am blind to your plight.

Come hither, don’t sleep,

Place yourself behind my sight,

Now see through me, look deep.

What your belief thought was blind,

Instead, is a place of pure delight.

This hidden space, you find,

With which we also see, called insight.

“How?” you ask. I see your charade,

Light fills me from within, and with this truth,

We see not your facade but God,

I see all which blocks you from your youth.

The struggle, the pain, I now see your night,

By closing my eyes, allowing second sight,

Quieten my thoughts, feel what’s true,

Intuitively knowing, I can feel what it’s like to be you.

In your essence lies a beautiful art,

Unveil your soul’s colors, so vibrant and sure.

True, be yourself, with unwavering grace,

Unfold your truth, your authentic face.

For within your being, a universe thrives,
